250Description: Flexible PVC rubber ring which is manufactured in custom shapes with the option of a two or three dimensional image on one side.
The price includes up to four PVC colours and more colours are available for an additional charge. The reverse side can be screen printed in one colour if required.

Colours: Can be produced in almost any spot colour.
Dimensions: Standard Sizes: 50mm × 90mm, 60mm × 70mm–60mm × 90mm, 70mm × 70mm–70mm × 90mm.
Packaging: Loose packed.
Note: A production lead time of 35 working days applies to this product by air freight and larger orders can be sea freighted on request to reduce the freight cost.

Screen Print
Screen printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for branding flat or cylindrical objects.
Advantages
- Large print areas are possible on both flat and cylindrical products.
- Close PMS matches are possible on white or light coloured products.
- Ideal for large solid areas of colour.
- Most screen print inks are quick drying and can be shipped immediately after printing.
- Metallic gold and silver is available.
Limitations
- Halftones and very fine lines are not recommended.
- Close PMS matches are more difficult on darker products and will only be approximate.
- Unable to print variable data.
- A set up charge is required for each colour to be printed.
