Why can’t I just pay when I create the order?

As much as we have tried to remove as many variables as possible, there are still too many possibilities that need to be worked through to allow us to get a definitive quote for every job—especially in the area of artwork available. We would rather clarify all the details and make sure that you are happy with what you are going to get before asking for payment.

You don’t need to pay anything until you are happy with the proofs

Once approved, payment will need to be made before we start branding or shipping the products. We will email you details for payment as an invoice. Delayed payment of the invoice will also delay production times.

Payment can currently be made by Internet Banking, using the details which will appear on your invoice (we email you this once your order is ready to go ahead), or credit card payment via a web portal. We don’t take credit card details over the phone or via email.
